Jørgen Festervoll

CEO

Jørgen has more than 20 years’ of experience in the power sector, working with everything from power production to power-intensive industries, and the power grid. He also has broad experience in sales from e.g., the Swedish SaaS company Wide Narrow.

For the past two years, Jørgen worked at the listed investment company Saga Pure, where he gained in-depth knowledge of the capital markets.

Jørgen holds a M.Sc in Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

Solid finance and PE experience from EV Private Equity, where he was heavily involved in organization, investment, stewardship, and exit of portfolio companies.

Robust M&A and corporate finance experience from PwC where he worked on financial due diligence, valuation, and financial modelling.

MSc in Finance from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and MA in Economics from University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Anders Skaanlund

25 years of experience from the power industry and management roles in Statnett, Norsk Hydro, and Thema Consulting Group.

Work areas include European grid planning, power markets and system operations, TSO cooperation, EU regulation and advocacy, power trading and portfolio management, market analysis, business strategy, business development and strategic communication.

MBA from University of British Columbia and MSc in Civil Engineering from NTNU.

Broad experience in both executing and managing operations including HSE, service quality, maintenance, logistics and resource planning. International experience from wireline operations in Continental Europe and North Africa.

10+ years of experience in QHSE, supply chain and contact manu-facturing from Magseis Fairfield and Schlumberger.

Solid experience in Corporate Quality Management System, prod-uct quality assurance, contract manufacturing management and after-sales support for various products and systems. ISO 9001 certified auditor and have extensive national and international au-diting experience.

MSc in Manufacturing Management from Linköping University.

Einar has extensive experience in a broad range of areas and industries such as; Industrialization, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Sourcing, Project Management, Planning & Manufacturing.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Bergen University College (UIB)

Engaging with our Vendor Partners and Suppliers

We expect our vendor partners to maintain the highest standards of business ethics, integrity and respect for human rights and to become familiar with and comply with our policies as outlined in our Partner Guide. We also expect vendor partners to operate their businesses in compliance with all applicable laws and to maintain lawful environmental, health and safety practices that meet or exceed all applicable laws and standards, as outlined in our Position on Human Trafficking and Slavery.

Heimdall Code of Conduct

The Supplier is to hold and maintain at all times the Heimdall Code of Conduct addressing human rights, worker rights, the environment and corruption.

The Supplier must acknowledge HP’s Code of Conduct in all new contractual arrangements. The Supplier must do this by signing the HP Compliance Letter (exhibit).

The Supplier is obligated to communicate the contents of Compliance Letter (Exhibit) to related entities and subcontractors who support the Supplier in supplying goods, works or services on behalf of HP. This will ensure that subcontractors conduct their business in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

If requested by HP, the Supplier must provide evidence and confirmation of its compliance with the Compliance Letter (Exhibit), including by providing documents and records in support of its compliance.
