President

Brita is a seasoned energy industry executive with 25 + years of experience.

Her experience includes 16 years at Duke Energy, where she led Risk Management, M&A projects, Capital Optimization, and the Electric Vehicles business. She also worked at ExxonMobil and Equinor (formerly Statoil), both in the U.S. and Norway.  Most recently she was the CEO of an early-stage offshore wind technology company while also serving on several boards.  Born and raised in Norway, Brita has spent the last 25+ years in the U.S.

Tom Cleaver Vice President

Tom Cleaver

Vice President

Tom is a power industry veteran with over 35 years of experience.

Tom spent over 18 years with Cooper Industries / Cooper Power Systems (now Eaton) in various sales management and executive roles.  This included leading corporatewide efforts for utility substation and grid technologies and developing the early renewable and data center markets.  Over the last 15 years, Tom has worked in senior leadership roles at CTC Cable, Nexans, and Weidmann Electrical Technologies to pioneer and deploy cutting edge monitoring and grid enhancing technologies.  This included the original successful DLR technologies for utilities and renewables across North America.

Tom received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and his MBA from the Albers School of Business at Seattle University.

Peter Wywrot

Senior Growth Manager

Peter has over 10 years of experience in the power sector. 

He spent 8 years developing power generation projects in the US, Canada, and Latin America, working on projects involving biomass, waste steam, and residual solid waste.

His competencies include international sales, business development, project management, and business strategy.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada.

Robert Mork

Senior Account Manager

More than 20 years experience specializing in US utility regulation with respect to electric transmission and market design.

Leadership experience in utility-related stakeholder groups and bar associations at the state and federal levels, especially with respect to regional transmission organizations.

JD from Indiana University, MSc in Energy, Environment and Society from UiStavanger and BA from Yale.

Peter Gørbitz

Head of PR & Communications

10+ years of experience from the media industry, including multiple years as editor. 

Strong competency in strategic communication, PR and campaign production. Proven ability to generate significant growth across various social media channels. 

Solid industrial experience from ABB and Smart Innovation Norway.   

MSc Industrial Economics and Technology Management from Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Engaging with our Vendor Partners and Suppliers

We expect our vendor partners to maintain the highest standards of business ethics, integrity and respect for human rights and to become familiar with and comply with our policies as outlined in our Partner Guide. We also expect vendor partners to operate their businesses in compliance with all applicable laws and to maintain lawful environmental, health and safety practices that meet or exceed all applicable laws and standards, as outlined in our Position on Human Trafficking and Slavery.

Heimdall Code of Conduct

The Supplier is to hold and maintain at all times the Heimdall Code of Conduct addressing human rights, worker rights, the environment and corruption.

The Supplier must acknowledge HP’s Code of Conduct in all new contractual arrangements. The Supplier must do this by signing the HP Compliance Letter (exhibit).

The Supplier is obligated to communicate the contents of Compliance Letter (Exhibit) to related entities and subcontractors who support the Supplier in supplying goods, works or services on behalf of HP. This will ensure that subcontractors conduct their business in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

If requested by HP, the Supplier must provide evidence and confirmation of its compliance with the Compliance Letter (Exhibit), including by providing documents and records in support of its compliance.
