Heimdall Power, Inc. is now ready to help grid operators across the American continent.

We at Heimdall Power are thrilled to announce the establishment of our very own U.S. subsidiary, Heimdall Power, Inc. 

This marks a significant new milestone on our American journey, and underlines our commitment to this very promising market. After building a strong pipeline on the continent, this new subsidiary will now support fast, safe and cost-efficient upgrading of the power grid throughout the Americas. The new U.S. office of Heimdall Power, Inc. will be located in Houston, Texas, perfectly positioned to team up with power utilities across the whole continent. U.S.-webinar in April

To celebrate the launch of our new subsidiary, we will host a U.S.-focused webinar in March. There, we will talk about how we can help your company meet the requirements of the FERC Order 881, along with other relevant product news, and our plans for the future. Heimdall Code of Conduct

The Supplier is to hold and maintain at all times the Heimdall Code of Conduct addressing human rights, worker rights, the environment and corruption.

The Supplier must acknowledge HP’s Code of Conduct in all new contractual arrangements. The Supplier must do this by signing the HP Compliance Letter (exhibit).

The Supplier is obligated to communicate the contents of Compliance Letter (Exhibit) to related entities and subcontractors who support the Supplier in supplying goods, works or services on behalf of HP. This will ensure that subcontractors conduct their business in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

If requested by HP, the Supplier must provide evidence and confirmation of its compliance with the Compliance Letter (Exhibit), including by providing documents and records in support of its compliance.
